Claimant

Independent reports for claimant solicitors assessing injury, causation, prognosis, and the need for ongoing treatment or care.

For the Responding Party

Defendant

Objective orthopaedic opinion for defendant solicitors and insurers, including review of existing reports and medical records.

On Behalf of Both

Single Joint Expert

SJE appointments acting impartially for both parties — fully compliant with CPR Part 35, with my duty owed to the court.
